Typical dosing instructions:  Start with 3-5 drops of oil held under the tongue for 30-60 seconds then swallow, every morning and again later in the day (the second dose can be as needed when the first dose starts to wear off or before bed to help with sleep and relaxation.)  Stay on this dose for the next 4-5 days then evaluate how you are feeling and increase the dose if needed by double 1-2 times a day.  Every 4-5 days evaluate how you are feeling and increase by an additional 3-5 drops until you reach a dose that you feel is helping manage your symptoms.
